My husband is a relative of the late Fernand Maurice Helsen (known as Tommy) and it is widely believed in the family that, although they lived together until his death in 1950, he and Evelyn never married as it would have been bigamous. Tommy Helsen was married to Alice Chastanet and they had two sons born in the twenties. She died in 1978 and it is unlikely that Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
